“I purchased this new in february 2019. By October its simply quit working nothing working at all. Samsung sent out a tech verified it needed replacement parts. All fixed and worked well. Now in April it quit working again. Is this normal for thus model?”

I have the same model with the same problem. Cut your frustration and buy another that is more reliable.
