I was heating something this morning, but i stopped the microwave early and then opened the door. When i opened the door the whole microwave shutoff and will no longer perform any functions and has no lights. what could be wrong? null

You may just need to hit the Cancel/Clear button on the keypad. It may be engineered not to operate after the door has been opened, while cooking. . Otherwise, call Samsung Customer Service for a definitive answer.

Try turning off the breaker switch (or unplugging from the wall) and then power it up again, it might need to be reset. The next thing I would check is that the microwave door latch is working properly. If those dont work, download the manual and/or look at the forums online. Im sure you will find someone else with the same issue and hopefully the fix :)
