“Bought this microwave, installed it. Cannot install the carbon filter. Instructions say open door, remove 2 screws in grill, slide grill to the left & pull out. NO way it slides to the left or pull out. How do I remove the grill ?”

Just lift up the whole plastic just a bit once the screws are removed.
