I bought an 'open box'. It came with a chipped glass rotating dish and no bracket to mount to the wall over the range. It's useless as it sits on our counter until I can find the right part. No help from customer service. Thoughts? null

The wall bracket comes mounted to the microwave oven and it is easy to miss since it is only a bottom frame and not a full frame as in older microwave ovens. I thought I was missing my bracket as well and then found it screwed to the unit with two chrome screws. The old frame from a GE Adore 1.9 cu foot will work as well, so there are probably other options available.

Thank you. I checked when I was trying to install it the day I bought it. Mine wasn't attached as the manual indicates. I have looked all over the internet and can't find the part and Best Buy customer service keeps sending me to the 800 number when I try to talk to the store clerk. Frustrating. I think I'm going to have to take it back and buy another one just to get one with a bracket since I can't find the part anywhere.

Check the lower back of the microwave. The mounting bracket was attached with 2 small screws on the one I received.
