• The brackets and hardware was in the box along with the installation template. We have had it about 2 weeks now and have been very happy with the purchase.

• Yes it does comes with main bracket for wall upper is screwed thru upper cabinet into top of microwave. Installed myself and son took under 1 hour

• No, it does not come with a mounting kit, they are inexpensive and are worth buying one. It is very nice and compliments the other appliances in the kitchen.
