“I have had this micro less than 3 months. It shuts off after about 5-6 minutes and is completely without power. After unplugging for several hours and plugging back in, it works but repeats if longer than 5-6 minutes. Seems like a lemon. What's wrong?”

Ours works perfectly! No power issues that I’ve been aware of. It pops my popcorn perfectly every time and my wife has t yelled at me yet to fix the darn micro. So two thumbs up
