• Good question. Two of the mysteries of this device, which has very limited user-guide information. However, it does not seem to matter.

• YES. AND THE BEST WAY TO DO IT IS ONCE U GET HOME TAKE THA CHARGER OUT OF THE BOX AND LET IT CHARGE OVERNIGHT AND IN THA MORNING ITS FULLY CHARGE AND U CAN TAKE IT WHEREVER U GO.
