Yes. However, connecting a printer to a Chromebook is a little harder than connecting a printer to a Windows based laptop (that is simple, intuitive, and essentially plug-and-play). However, maybe Google and Samsung have improved the process since I last did it with a Chromebook several years ago. You can find instructions on how to connect a printer to a Chromebook on the internet (the Web). Just Google "how to connect a printer to a Chromebook," and follow the instructions. You might have some fits and starts, but it will eventually work. You can even print wirelessly to a printer on your home network from your Chromebook. Hope this helps!
