• You can download the Word or Excel apps from the Google Play apps store but they're not free or included, you'll have to buy a license to use them. However you can open/view/edit Word or Excel files in Google Docs/Google Sheets for free; it will convert them to that file type but Word/Excel would be able to open the converted files.
