I tried callin the samsung number and they have no useful information. The reps aren’t familiar with projectors, basically just reading the same info I can see on the website. When I call Sony I get a on-shore support from a guy who has been with Sony for 30 years and can actually give me meaningful aupport, advice, product info and recommendations. Why would I pay $6k for a Samsung projector if your own support team doesn’t know anything about your product?

We recommend keeping the projector within this distance to allow for optimal focus and image performance. ~ Samsung Specialist
