Why does wireless charger keeep turning on and off null

For me first it was the outlet plug i had to buy a new one with more power voltage. Then later the wireless pad was going bad do to many uses. So i called my phone company as well as other stores to see if the have a wireless charger as well as wall outlet that will fast charge my phone
