I would say yes i have a galaxy s20 plus with a life proof case and no issues. Ive also had amazon cases work jst fine

Please try again later.Even though I bought the wireless charger online ... and never took it out of the store when I went to pick it up - - The clerk at the pick up counter said they had no way to know if a phone would charge in the case unless it was tested. We tried mine in the case and out of the case. It wouldn't charge my phone (different model from yours). Go to the store and test it before buying.

From what I've seen, a lot of the more popular S22 Ultra cases will work just fine with this charger. That said, not all of them will. It's on a case by case basis...no pun intended.
