Hi Amy, I have s20 5g FE (same family as yours) and I can tell you with 99% confidence that this will work with your phone. Speed about charging: The cable (one comes with the phone) charging is the best in terms of speed. This Wireless charger would take an extra 30% time. But wireless charging stand is really a convenience.
