I don't know why Samsung is being so cagey about the answer to this question. I have seen the question asked repeatedly in different ways and thought that I might ask in yet another way. Still they refuse to answer. So, being as I have 2 of these fridges, I looked in the door and it says 3.5A. Don't take my word as gospel, but I would figure that this is true for the rest of the same model.
