We have this fridge and suffer from the same issue. They replaced the entire back panel of the fridge, and it still does it. I wouldn't advise buying the same fridge.

I'm not sure what the problem is, we have over 350 employees and they are used quite often. Based on my experience i would say no water leaking issues
