QuestionHi.. what’s the difference between the 19.5 cubic feet and the 17.5 cubic feet. The refrigerator on both are the same dimensions. But different prices.

- Answer I noticed the depth is the only difference in dimensions. One is 28 1/8 the larger is 30 1/8 in depth.

QuestionHow do the doors open? is there a groove on the bottom, top or side to get a grip? someone mentioned that the doors were hard to open. thanks!

- Answer Hi KM, doors open from either the top or the bottom. They do have grooves so it keeps the fridge clean and free of fingerprints. Not sure how it’s hard to open. So far it’s been awesome! Definitely would recommend.

QuestionThis refrigerator seems like it would work nicely however the opening on the right side of the wall extends out farther than the left. The concern is the right door will hit the wall when open. Do you have the measurements Width With Doors Open?

QuestionHi, this is labeled as Counter Depth but in the specs it says it is NOT counter depth. Can someone please clarify? Trying to decide between this option & the 17.5 cu ft. same style that is also labeled counter depth.

QuestionCan delivery person remove doors and assemble back together. I only have enough space so slide it into place if doors and drawer are removed first. Will not need water attached as I won’t be having water line.. just need it to be put into place.

Regarding your concern, this refrigerator has an external water line; hence you need to purchase water line installation kits that are available at extra cost from your retailer. We recommend using a water line installation kit that contains copper tubing and a 1/4" (6 mm) compression nut. I suggest you check this link to your user manual for assistance. QuestionIs a water line required for this fridge to work? I don't plan on using the ice maker feature of the fridge.

QuestionThanks for your response that the Wifi can be disabled so that the refrigerator does not emit a RF signal. I checked the link for the manual but was unable to find how the Wifi signal can be turned off. Can you confirm how to do this before I purchase?
