“I have my soundbar hooked up through the hdmi cables and I'm not getting any sound out of the bar or the subwoofer”

• you have to pair it to your TV, push the ID button on the back of the subwoofer hopefully it will then pair to your TV.

• You may want to go through the TV and the sound bar settings. they may not be synced up. I myself am using the bluetooth option as it has no delay and high quality sound output.
