- Answer No. It's a self-contained and linked system. The central unit is an amplifier with a speaker built-in. This is not a speaker set. The inputs are sound sources (optical, RCA, Bluetooth). The subwoofer is a slave to the center speaker, and the only inputs are sound sources.

- Answer Most TV's that are newer than LCD's or better. I'm sure that you can find adapters if you have older TV's but that would involve additional costs.

- Answer You hook the soundbar to your tv using an optical cable. Then whatever plays through the tv plays through the sound bar. But no you dont hook it directly to the blue ray.

- Answer If you have a newer Samsung TV, it connects via Bluetooth. You just have to go into the settings on the TV and change it over and it will automatically pick up the soundbar. Its super easy.
