NO BECAUSE I HAVE THE SAME QUESTION .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I returned this Item and went with a Vizio which had %100 better Bass. Talked to Samsung support about their soundbars and was told they are only there for Bass effect but have virtually no sound at lower levels. I myself have to go to volume 25 to finally notice any "bass effect" which at that point was way too loud. The Vizio I got was $100 more but well worth it for what I was looking for. The setup was a little more inclusive, but ultimately had more options to connect with the TV and was able to fine tune the sound with way better bass.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After talking to Samsung Service trying to fix the problem of virtually no bass under volume level 25. They simply told me that the sub box is simply for bass effect, and that the system is not designed to get bass effect on lower sound levels. Simply put the system is not build with the functioning sub woofer as advertised. I ended up returning it and going with a Vizio instead which I'm very pleased with and works beautifully. About $100 more but worth it in the end.
