“Everything’s plugged in and working but the soundbar remote won’t adjust the valume and when I use the tv remote it turns the tv volume up and the sound bar volume up, what do I do so it doesn’t do that?”

• Your television should have a setting in the options to use external speakers. If this is selected the speakers on your television should turn off and the volume will no longer control them.
