“I have the Samsung 2.1 Channel Soundbar System w/6.5" Wireless Subwoofer. We have tried everything and the subwoofer will not pair with the soundbar. It keeps saying check subwoofer connection. Any advice?”

Unplug both the sound bar and subwoofer for at least 1 minute, then plug in sound bar first, then the sub woofer, then turn on sound bar. At that point they should connect. LED lights will turn blue once connected.
