• Make sure the tv option is set to optical or try unplugging the sub woofer and then turn on soundboard then plug in subwoofer.

• In the owner's manual it tells you how to manually connect the Soundbar and the subwoofer if it doesn't automatically connect. I would quote it to you but I took my soundbar back because it doesn't have very much volume.
