“I have connected Samsung Soundbar HW-M430 to a Samsung UHD TV Series 7. It keeps saying BT Pairing. I can't get any sound out of the sounder. I have a blue light on the Woofer. I've gone over all the connections and can't seem to get it working.”

You have to enter your TV setup to set the blue tooth to your sound box. You could also call the manufaturer and they will walk you through the setup. Setup varies with each TV.
