Hi. Hard to know what the problem is (could just be the acoustics in your room compared to the wide open space of the store), but I can tell you that we were similarly unimpressed until we made some major adjustments. Now we love it!! The details on pages 15-17 of the User Manual were extremely helpful. See especially #2 and #3 (on page 15) AND (WISH I COULD BOLD THIS NEXT PART:) #9 and #10 (on page 17). Hope this helps and that you end up loving your soundbar as much as we love ours.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The setup in the store is probably via blue tooth. That's how I pair my tv and sound bar via blue tooth connection and it sounds great!
