Make sure Samsung label facing upright and speakers towards you. Or may have damaged unit.

Please try again later.make sure the small round end of the plug is secure into the sound bar. it could pull loose easily. make sure the wire is securely seated into the adapter part of the power pack plug and also that it is plugged into a working ac outlet. sometimes the upper or lower part of the outlet plug in itself could be defective.
