Does this soundbar work with a Sony TV. I ask because my Vizio soundbar does not work with Sony TV that I have. Both the TV an soundbar are only a year old. null

I have used this sound bar with vizio and sony tvs among others. with a Samsung tv it will allow the tv remote to control sound bar volume.

Yes this sound bar works with every tv. I have a Panasonic and it works just fine.

It should work as long as your tv has an HDMI, Optical or bluetooth hook up.

I cannot answer your question as I have a Samsung smart TV hooked to it therefore both compatible and easy to link together I was told I could buy a Sony to hook to it but decided to stay with Samsung and Samsung for ease and price. sorry I cannot help with your question however I do believe you could find out directly from a store rep
