The subwoofer is the height is a small speaker but is long. It is about 15 inches long and sits about 18 inches high. It probably wouldnt doh in a small cabinet it would be better to have it sit out. Its very attractive looks like a speaker. I wouldnt cover it up. Very well made and heavy for a speaker. If you are planning on putting it in a cabinet I would go look at it in store before you go to the expense if you were thinking of putting it in a cabinet. It's really attractive. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could probably put it in a cabinet, but it would most likely cause the glass doors to vibrate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Putting a sub behind glass would likely cause rattling of the glass and/or door mount hardward. The air pressure created by the bass could actually open the door if it uses a magnet to latch. Generally, subs perform best unobstructed (free from enclosure). I hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest the sub-woofer not be placed inside a cabinet. I would think it would not have the same impact if it were behind cabinet doors, although I have not tried to put it inside a cabinet. I have mine beside a cabinet and it adds much more depth and substance to the sound.
