First check your outlet to make sure the power supply is working properly. Next your quick start guide should tell you how to set up the sub woofer. There should be sync buttons on the sub. I set up mine where I had an audio source playing sound through the sound bar and kept playing with the sub woofer until I heard it playing audio. It shouldn't take long. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might try the reset button on the back of the subwoofer and try to reconnect it when you power up the soundbar
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know this may sound obvious but did you plug it in and turn it on? There should be a green light that is on when hooked up correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds. power on sound bar then the subwoofer. you should get a blue light on sub, if no audio, check the volume level on remote for subwoofer. it varies from 0 to +6 .... if you hear nothing at +6 you may have a defective sub. contact Samsung or best buy to replace it.
