“I purchased this sound bar from both Samsung and Best buy. I thought I got a defective one and returned it to Samsung. Tried another cheaper sound bar and discovered a huge difference between subwoofers. Help. How are here so many high ratings for this?”

• It has a fantastic sub woofer! I looked at many and it performs amazingly! Like you said, maybe it was defective or not hooked up right.
