“I’m not sure what we are doing wrong. We bought this and the 7 series Samsung tv and the sound from this bar sucks. It’s muffled as if there are speakers in a surround sound system missing or something. Review are great so must be us.”

• Some people have actually placed the sound bar speakers facing down. The Samsung name faces up to the ceiling, not facing forward which you would think it should.

• Did you change the settings with the remote by accident? It may have been switched off standard which could change the sound quality. The remote has a button that says sound mode on it. Try that to see if it fixes the problem.
