“I have a Samsung Series 6 650 tv. The sound volume varies between the programs I am watching and commercials - with the commercials being much louder. Will this sound bar help to even out the volume levels?”

Hi Rico! The soundbar will improve the overall experience when using the TV, however it does not feature the ability to level the volume between programs and commercials. ^Tim
