“The sound from the Sound bar has gaps. I thought it was the BT between my phone on the the bar but it is also occurring when HDMI linked to the TV. should the Sound bar be replaced/exchanged it is only a week new.”

I would. Ours doesn't have any sound gaps. But one thing I did figure out....it had a loud rattle but I realized I didn't take the plastic cover off the back of the sub.

Press Sound Control on the soundbar remote, and then use the Left/Right buttons to adjust until sound is synced. 2. Press Audio Sync on the soundbar remote, and then use the Skip Forward/Backward buttons to adjust until the sound is synced. 3. Press + or - under Audio Sync to adjust until the sound is synced. You can also see if there are audio settings in the TV that need adjusting.
