QuestionIs there supposed to be a display showing what input I’m on? I bought a brand new one and there’s a display window on the instructions but mine isn’t displaying anything.

- Answer Display is on the front of the unit behind the mesh. As soon as you turn the power on you should see the display and it changes when you press the input button on the remote or top of unit

- Answer Hey Fusion - I would go with a 3.1 soundbar such as the HW-T650 as it has a dedicated center channel for the dialogue , giving you better clarity. QuestionWe just connected this sound bar to our Samsung Q70 TV. The sub woofer keeps making crackling and snapping noises. We adjusted it as suggested to between +6 and -6. It is not as bad, but still happening frequently. Any suggestions.

- Answer They are not the same. They both different specs and the T550 has several additional features over the R50c. Samsung’s website lists them pretty thoroughly if you look there.
