• The dimensions of the microwave are 30 inches W x 17 inches D x 19 inches H.

• You should check the installation instructions on Samsung's website. But, almost all over range microwaves will require 16-18" depth for proper operation and mounting. I'm afraid you will be hard pressed to find something that fits 12" deep cabinets.
