QuestionWhere can I get a trim kit and an install kit for Samsung microwave ME21H706MQS?

Samsung doesn't make a trim kit for the ME21H706MQS Microwave, so it may be necessary to contact your cabinet manufacturer or a kitchen designer for advice in that matter. The installation kit should have been included in the box with the new Microwave. If it was not, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can assist you. - Ms. Samsung

QuestionI have an Amana microwave now and when I boil water on the stove, the fan goes on automatically and I can't turn it off. I do not like this feature due to the noise level. Does this microwave have the same feature and if so, can it be turned off. Thanks

- Answer On this model the lights are LED and use very little wattage (something under 3 watts each).

QuestionWhat is the exhaust system?Exterior vent only, or recirculating through the front of the unit? Can it be switched between the two? ... In researching OTR microwaves, some units only vent through an outside wall. But I'm needing one that would recirculate air through the unit's front. What system does this model have?

QuestionWould this unit fit/installable under standard 12" deep cabinet?This model ME21H706MQS is 2" deeper than my current unit. I wonder if this would fit (depth wise) under my existing 12" cabinet? Note that the screws are going thru the base of cabinet to the top of microwave.

- Answer If you already have an over the range micro. Then this one slides right in , it does stick out a little further than my old one , but there is no issue with that

- Answer No it doesn't, it only comes with 30 seconds and you have to press start to make it go.
