“The grease filter underneath the microwave has a black plastic frame around it. When the range is in use, the microwave door and the grease filter plastic frame get very hot. I'm worried! Is the frame heat resistant? Up to which degree?”

• Not sure to which degree. The microwave should be at least 13.5 inches above the stove for heat purposes. Hope this helps.
