- Answer yes. remove the cover to the fan, then rotate it upwards. Owners manual shows how its done. It looks way more difficult than it is.

QuestionHow do I get the microwave to stop randomly going from displaying the current time, to all of a sudden having 3 or 7 seconds left on a cook time, ON ITS OWN?!?! It's almost like the internal computer is malfunctioning.

QuestionInstalled the unit and finally had a chance to use it. Two meals which were a reheat, We set the time for 8 minutes at setting 10 100 percent. Dis great. The next plate smaller portion and basically nothing happened. No heat. We unplugged to reset.

QuestionDoes the $139 installation include removal of my current microwave?

- Answer I think so but not sure -- I think the $139 is very high. We did not opt to use their installation. Had a GE before and the holes were different so had to redrill the holes and add a Luan board across the back but all works ok now.
