“water dispenser drips Water drips out of the through-the-door dispenser after getting water from it. When we first got it, the water wouldn't stop dripping and I was told to just drain a lot of water from it and the air that was trapped in the water line would eventually get out. It doesn't drip as much anymore, but we still have 5 or 6 drops after finishing getting the water, so we have to wait with the cup in the dispenser so the water can drip inside the cup. Does anyone else have the same issue?”

Hi BelleCi, It isn't unusual to have a few drops of water come out after releasing the paddle, and Samsung recommends holding the cup there for a few seconds longer. If water drips when you aren't dispensing water and you've already bled the air from the lines, it's possible some residual ice remained in the chute, particularly if crushed ice was the last type dispensed. Wiping the chute occasionally may help to alleviate this issue. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung
