The fridge we got essentially has fixed shelves too. The top shelf can be adjusted down by 1.5 inches - it can slide into one of two support groves on the side of the fridge.The second shelf can be adjusted to a half shelf, allowing placement of tall items on the shelf below. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I look at the website photos, I think my selves match those. They are fixed but the middle shelf is adjustable in that it can be "folded" to allow for extra tall items.

This and most other Samsung Side by Side Refrigerators have adjustable shelves with several possible height configurations, so it wouldn't be unusual to see a store display set up somewhat differently from the photos on the website. - Ms. Samsung
