“This says the width is 35.9 inches, will this fit my 36 inch opening?”

• Actual width is slightly less than 35 3/4" (35 11/16" to be exact). 36" opening might be ok, but measure the width of that opening from the floor to 70" up the wall (fidge is 70" tall). No wall is perfectly straight, so you could possibly have a section of that opening that is slightly less than 36" wide.
