• A:Answer I don't know the answer to this, but can say that this does not surprise me. Call for service... and write reviews. This refrigerator is the WORST I have ever had. We had a KitchenAid for over 10 years before this and it did not have good reviews, but it was 100% BETTER than this piece of xxxx. The only thing we ever had repaired on the KitchenAid was the arm on the ice tray (no big deal, just annoying)... but the refrigerator worked perfectly and kept perfect temps all the years we owned it. This refrigerator has not worked properly since the very beginning.... I kept making excuses for it, thinking it was our doing (not closing the doors properly or whatever), but even after being diligent about that, it is still not operating properly. DO NOT BUY!!!! I wish we had spent 2x the $$$ for a new KitchenAid the first time. We will no doubt end up having to spend that anyway, and this will be $$$$ WASTED.

• A:Answer Hey there, TDavis. Here are step by step instructions on how to properly replace the water filter. I hope this clears up any confusion. 1. Shut off the water supply line. 2. Turn the knob of the filter cartridge counter clockwise 90 degrees (1/4 turn). The filter cartridge unlocks. 3. Pull out to remove the cartridge. - If the water filter is severely contaminated, the cartridge may not be easy to remove. If that is the case, use force to remove the cartridge. - To prevent water leaks from the filter opening, pull the cartridge straight out while removing it. 4. Insert a new filter cartridge. Use only Samsung-provided or approved filters. Untitled-8 76 2019-06-12 2:31:47 English 77 Maintenance 5. Turn the cartridge knob clockwise to lock into place. 6. Press and hold Filter Reset on the main panel for 3 seconds to reset the life cycle detector. The Filter Reset indicator ( ) turns off. 7. When you are done replacing the filter, open the water valve and run water through the dispenser for about 7 minutes. This is to remove impurities and air from the water line. ^Lo

Q: QuestionWe've had our refrigerator for 2 days. The fridge is set on 34 degrees. the freezer on 0 degrees. We used power cool to get to temperature and 12 hours later the fridge is at 46 degrees and the freezer is at 34 degrees. This has happened twice now. HELP
