Hi There, The temperatures for the Flex Zone are the following: Freezer: •Same as the freezer. •Soft Freezing: 23 °F (-5 °C) •Chill: 30 °F (-1 °C). •Cool: 41 °F (5 °C). For more info, you can check the user manual page 20. User Manual: https://bit.ly/2JMtah3 ^Joan
