• The RF23HCEDBBC has a large main freezer drawer bin with a divider and a pull-out drawer above it. The ice bucket is located in the refrigerator to supply the ice to the dispenser in the door. Thanks for your interest! Ms. Samsung

• The freezer is a big bucket with a drawer that slides over the top. There is also a very slim shelf on the door that fits ice packs.

• The freezer has two levels. The top level is about 9" tall and can be slid in. The lower level is deeper and has a divider, creating two compartments. I think it would allow for you to do a little bit of organization.

• There are basket drawers and they are set up nicely But you also have a few shelves (glass) and door shelving
