“We just purchased this refrigerator. The drawer in the freezer seems very tempermental/unstable and it doesn't extend all the way out nor does it move back far enough to clearly see and access the freezer bins. Any comments/clarifications are welcomed.”

Hi, Thank you for the review. The freezer does not extend all the way, revealing the freezer basket. The freezer section can only open up to 42 3/4 inches (measured from the back to the fully extended freezer opening). Please ensure all baskets are properly placed on their roller for a smooth operation. Please see the link for more details. Please try again later.Not sure exactly what you’re experiencing, but the drawer isn’t supposed to completely cover the bottom portion when it’s pulled out, although it nearly does, and it moves out of the way almost completely of the bottom when it’s pushed back. Maybe you have a defective one. Yes it could feel a little more sturdy, but the whole assembly is big and plastic so it’s not going to feel like opening and closing your nice, crafted, wood/metal soft-close kitchen drawers.
