I just received my new refrigerator and the ice maker is working perfectly after the initial system purge. Sorry I can't help you. I was initially having issues with my water dispenser leaking. I turned off the water supply, took presure off the system, let it sit for about a week (waiting on a technician to come out nd fix it). Upon their arrival I began purging the system again and found I no longer had a problem. If you recently replaced the filter, or need to, be sur to flush about 2 gallons of water through the system with the ice maker turned off. Hopefully that may help in your situation?
