No. They have not done anything. My refrigerator is only 15 months old. The ice maker started leaking and then a noticed the temperature in the freezer was rising. The refrigerator temp was also rising. After a day my food was defrosting because the freezer temp reached 34 degrees and the refrigerator was 57 degrees. I called SAMSUNG and they had their service arm schedule me out 3 weeks. I asked if i could have another repair service look at my refrigerator sooner and they said NO. Having anyone else trying to repair the product would void the warranty. I had to pitch out almost $500 worth of food. If I were you, I would NOT buy a SAMSUNG refrigerator.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My ice maker freezes up, and I have to blow dry the area, let ice cubes drop into a bowl, and repeat once per week. Samsung is horrible to let this happen. You spend over 4k to defrost the ice just like people did in the 1950's.
