“Does this monitor have a matte finish on the screen and can it be mounted using the vesa system?”

• It has a matte finish. It has 3 inch spaced mounting holes near the bottom of the back panel, but part of the base does not come off so it does interfere with the mount I have at work and would not fit, I brought it home.

• Yes, it has standard VESA mounts on the back. I've never paid really close attention to the finish, but the screen is not glare-prone; mine's in front of a window with the morning sun, and I have no problems with it.
