• I'm sorry, but 1 month is not enough time to determine if there is a problem with the ice maker. From reviews of other Samsung models, it would take a month to a year or two for the ice maker issue to appear. This may be a new model and not enough time has elapsed or units sold to determine if there is still a problem. I'm also curious as to Samsung support with this issue. From what I've read, it's been pretty bad.

• We have had ours for over a month now with no issue with the ice makers (there are two)
