“The biggest problem with the Samsung is that nobody services them!! We've had problems with our ice maker/ dispenser since we've had it-2 years. Right not it does not function. ☹️”

Hi my ice maker and water dispenser did not work until I found that the control lock was on. I turned it off by holding the energy saver button for 3 seconds the water and ice dispenser started working again.
