“Why the missing bin on the bottom of freezer door? It has the tabs for it, but no bin included. The other bins there can't be used because they're too deep. Fridge side has the bin? Is this an "accessory" purchase? (and if so, why isn't it included?)”

Mine came with one a few weeks ago so it must be an error in your fridge. I would call Best Buy and request a fix.
